    Here in the UK it's 3 minute rounds. For anyone aged 18 and over. In Olympic standards it's 3x3 as were the commonwealth games. I agree defense alone doesn't win amateur fights but it doesn't win pro fights alone anyway. You have to counterpunch. Head movement is also important in general. Sure you can't slip or roll every punch but it helps set up other punches. When you incorporate head movement into your style in order to land punches you'll find it actually can win you fights.

      You got a nice jab you should use it more in my opinion the keep distance, but other than that youre good ....i dont actually box but mess around with friends with gloves but thats just my opinion and you wanted help lol
