    This is exactly what I meant in my post. It's like to box it has to be your entire life in trainers eyes.. Why can't it be a hobby like anything else like lifting, BJJ, etc?

        I feel the same way about # 3. I want to be good at boxing and compete I understand all of that. But to a lot of trainer its like it has to be your whole life. Be there everyday, train hard, I get it. But with university, school, life **** just gets in the way lol. I guess it is possible to train everyday, compete on weekends, go to school, study, get good grades, etc. But damn is it hard, now I know why so many student athletes burn out so often.

            Doesn't help when you have 3 maths courses in one term lol.
