As an aside...Man is the lower mainland really so starved for boxing? I'm thinking about moving back there and can't find much online. What's the big thing there now for martial arts?

oh **** sorry, i probably shouldnt have generalized it. i know of 2-3 gyms like this. but yes my friend goes there (east side boxing), and fundamentals look solid.
