Heatlhy food that is filling and tasty

I want to eat healthy food that tastes good and is filling. Tell me some recipes, link me somewhere. Please consider I eat an abnormal amounts of food for my size (5' 8" 160lbs").

Yes I used google, but ran into things like "Prunes", "Oatmeal", "Vegetable", "Soup", which would leave my stomach growling in the long days of class. I'm not looking to bloat myself and fill myself up with gasses. I just want something healthy and filling.

Foods high in fibre and protein fill you up
Drink lots of water to help with the insoluble fibre

Try to eat foods that are not heavily processed

I'm kind of the same op. Although I love eating healthy foods and getting the energy from it I find myself really hungry throughout. Although I'm like 122lbs and when training I eat around 3000 calories. Wish I could gain weight lol. But for protein I may eat some oatcakes or even just drink milk.

Brown rice is the healthy kind. You can also try using quinoa as a side dish to your fish and chicken breast, it's high in protein. Some people don't like the taste though so you would have to check that and see if it's up your alley.

I swear by the Mike Dolce Breakfast Bowl. Nutrient dense and delicious:
                  -Oats or buckwheat
-Fresh blueberries and strawberries with sliced banana
-Almond butter or another nut butter
-Hemp seeds and Chia seeds (if you want, hemp oil too)
                  -Coconut flakes
                  -Cinnamon
-Honey or Agave nectar if you want additional sweetening

In between class I have an hour break and I like to snack on these:
