    Isometric excercises help strengthen joints

I'd highly recommend that anyone who hasn't tried these kinds of excercises try them as soon as possible.

Since using a few basic isometric excercises my joints feel much stronger and help with my training. My muscles feel much stronger too. Anyone else find this after incorporating isometrics into your regime?

That's why I was asking if anyone else noticed the same jas. I personally haven't had any injuries since incorporating isometrics and my joints at least feel stronger. But of course if may just be the muscles being strengthened which prevents the injury

It's probably because you are doing what you are meant to be doing which is contracting the working muscle as much as possible and for as long as possible during the movement so that the muscle takes the load....and isometric exercises probably allow this to happen

You joints being stronger would just be the muscles, tendons and ligaments being stronger so they can hold your joints together better. Any resistance training will do this, although some exercises do it more than others.

Yeah I'm starting to see that, it seems isometrics help a lot because of this.
