    defensive drills without a partner

I usually don't have a partner working various defensive techniques. Do any of you have some good defense drills besides the slip line to drill by yourself? Thanks.

The double end bag and the slip bag are good drills.

I asked this question not too long ago.

Maizeball is where it's at for me in terms of defense. Slipping, pivoting, rolling, changing your angles, footwork, and keeping good balance with something coming towards you. You can work all of that on the maizeball.

Also go to a boxing gym and ask any experience boxer to spar with you to work on defense no matter how silly it sounds.
