Video of me on the heavy bag

Any criticism welcome, I'm ready for it. I've been out of the game for nearly six years.

I'm just working some combinations here; not focusing much at all on defense or footwork.

And I know my workrate is crap.

      (didn't watch video)

Well if you already know what you're doin wrong man, why don't you fix that stuff before posting a vid for people to critique cause you know what they're gonna say already.

            First, the couple good.

            1. Way to keep the chin tucked
            2. Good snap on your punches

            Second, the lot of bad.

            1. Loosen up. Way too tense.
            2. Work on your breathing. It sounds like you hold you take a deep breathe when you're about to punch, then hold your breathe as your punch...then you're gasping after. Breathe deep continuously and short breathes out when you punch. Never hold your breathe
            3. You are clearly out of shape, but #1 and #2 makes it much worse.
            4. Calm down. Way too tense.
            5. Stop breaking form and stance and bouncing after every combination. Practice pivoting or moving out of range more gracefully after combinations. Or change angle then unload more punches. Too many breaks.

Probably more I could point out, but these 4.5 stood out the most. It's kind of hard to critique fully with so many breaks in the action and so little work.

It was from two years ago. I took it down. Going to make a new video either today or Sunday.
