I have actually been involved in the sport I have pics of me at the gym,training and sparring... Mind you I wasn't ktfo in a round by a washroom attendant

because you never had even a single bout. step up around 70 times to fight in am/pro sanctioned bouts and then you might have a clue. By the way, MOST fighters will have jobs besides their boxing.

however you'd have to make a hole in the ceiling
depends how determined you are, the hole would need to be repaired after, not massively hard to do but then i know how to do plastering...

otherwise, go for a more modest weight of bag and use a hook like this:

i couldn't find the type i've got, but mine are something like 13mm diameter and very strong. just screw one into the centre of the joist (check online how to find this if you don't know) and away you go. basically one tiny hole to fix up with some polyfilla when you move out.

still gonna have the problem of is making some noise upstairs though, so unless you can train when your neighbours are likely to be out you might have an issue.

actually thinking about it, if you could be happy with it, get a floor to ceiling bag, or a 3-in-1 bag or whatever they're called (pera loca in Spanish)
highly usuable and won't really cause much noise, plus easy to put away when not in use
