    Intructional Videos

Hey guys, was hoping to get people to share their favorite youtube channels/online videos/ E trainers pertaining to boxing instruction and tips.

Ive found a few good channels myself and wanted to share with everyone what i found. I'm interested in what you guys know too.

    1. Search for 'Wilson Kayden' on Youtube. He has fight breakdown/analysis videos of a few of the greats, and Floyd Mayweather jr.

    2. Search for 'Jt Van V' on Youtube. This guy has a ton of videos covering everything from basic fundamentals to particular niches pros have used, mental conditioning, and drills.

    3. Search for 'TheUmmaFightCamp' on Youtube. Maybe not the most professional of instructional videos, but there are many, many gems that you could have either overlooked, or simply never knew.

4 Search for 'Marvin cook' on Youtube. Last but definitely not least, Marvin Cook teaches the true boxer's stance and specializes in footwork and not being hit. His videos are footage taken from MMA seminars in which he is the boxing coach, but ive found his information useful to beyond degree.

Obviously videos are not a substitute for a training session in a gym with a trainer, but we have access to many great minds in the internet age and it would be unwise not to learn from multiple sources at once. Hope you enjoy these channels, cheers.

As a southpaw Boxing Fitness Factory has some great pointers it also helps if an orthodox is facing a southpaw. He does short videos on little aspects that improves your game for sure.

These two... I love them! Especially Sayf Carman. Since you listed them, I will gladly check the other channels you listed that I don't know. I like credible posters like you, there is a lot of kids making their instructional videos in their dad's garage that have no real experiance, never been in tough gym.

Hey thanks man. Yeah those 2 guys have helped me a ton. Only bone i have to pick on Sayf is that he's biased against mayweather : ( but the guy knows his stuff and i've learned a lot from him.

I understand what you are saying but honestly I'm not sure it's the case, he even picks Mayweather to win against Pacquiao, plus he said he roots often for Mayweather. I just think he can't stand Floyd from outside the ring and don't like him for being a coward. However contrary of his beliefs, I think Floyd is childish but good guy in private, that he's acting wild only to hype his fights, even tough he's so bed in it and with no charisma.
Sorry, I never ment to turn this topic in Floyd/Pac discussion.

This isn't a YouTube video but I was wondering if any of you had seen these instructional DVDs:

I also notice that Ray Mercer has an instructional out as well.
