cool video!
I'd suggest working a little more on your defensive fighting. Slip the jabs more, more head movement and counter punch of that with small steps to the side. You have a good guard though, maybe keep it a little tighter, but I noticed your opponent was able to connect jabs through it because your head was stationary. I noticed you take a lot of big steps which could throw your balance off with an aggressive head-on fighter. Also bigger steps require more energy. A small step can be just as effective as a big one especially with the right timing.. Sometimes it's really good to spar up close and stay flat footed. It teaches you how to maintain a tight guard and snap on your punches, along with utilizing more head movement to counter and connect quickly.. Also try practicing connecting shots on the inside, it's good practice for speed and timing.. I don't think there's anything wrong with fighting from the outside but the inside is where you'll work the most damage.

Look. its hard to gauge how skilled you are in certain boxing situation when A) vid is like a minute long, b) not a real ring to really get a feel for am or pro ring, c) sparring is sparring, your oppent could be working on correcting his flaws. no one wins. But for the brief footage, i liked your movement. i saw som head movement, definietly should some good movement by creating angles to throw your punches ala pacman.
You did good, I just don't wanna over praise you too much, because theres a lot more that can happend in boxing with more than a minute into the fight. You threw a lot of lead straights then move to the side which is good against a southpaw, but i suggest take it further by, adding a hook on top, or a hook to the body, when you know the angles are in your favor. even double the hook. work that while hitting the bag.
keep up the good work.
