    Locking up

When someone is throwing a bunch of random garbage punches how do i keep from getting locked up with my head down.because when I do it they just hit me a lot and I end up turning around trying to get out.I really want to stop doing this. And how long does it usually take someone to have enough skills to beat someone in a street fight.

Punch yourself or **** your face with some sort of soft club repeatedly until you no longer feel the need to move away. In no time you can become a face first brawler...Or get a concussion but whatever no pain no gain

Yeah this is really a good excersice.

Also ts just got to try and be first and let your hands go. Im naturally a counterpuncher so when i started out i had problem with swarmers cause they would come in throwing in bunches and i would use the double guard and wait to counter but got outworked.

If you meet a volumepuncher dont let him dictate the pace. Hit him hard when he comes at you and follow up. Hit him hard to the body and knock some wind out of him.

Dont think to much just punch. Make him think whats coming at him not the other way around.

In Mexico many gyms have their boxers strike the bag with their head, it can also be done with the speed bag. It does take the fear away.
