    I haven't been active in boxing for 2 years, gained about 35 lbs. I fought at 155 lbs, got as low as 149 lb. I am 5'11". I want to get back into it. So, I started working out, boxing and running. I know the diet is important and have been eating healthy for 3 weeks and working out for about 1 week.

    Here is my diet. Can anyone tell me if I should add or get rid of anything. I measure my foods, and usually do 50 g. per vegetable and 150 g. for beans, lentils, chicken, yogurt.

    Breakfast:
    Plain Yogurt
    Shake: brocoli, spinach, parsley, celery, carrot, strawberries, pineapple, water
    Oatmeal: flaxseed, cinammon, banana, water

    Lunch:
    Beans: 2 tostadas, brown rice, tomato sauce

    Dinner:
    Chicken: lentils, tomato sauce, frozen veggie mix
    Eggs: 2

    Drinks:

    Water: 1 gallon
    Cocoa: water
    Hibiscus: water
    Green Tea: Water

    Snacks:
    Pistachios
    Watermelon
