Jump Rope is a best exercise for health and also it be use for warm-up before game.
We use jump rope as a:-
    Boxing,
    Best Jump Rope for Beginners,
    Crossfit WOD's,
    Mastering Double Unders,
    MMA Training,
    Bodybuilding, Personal Training Equipment and
    Home and Outdoors Workouts
Jump Rope a lot and it really helps maintain my ideal weight. Use also feel energetic after doing some exercises.
Another good thing is that jumping rope is very affordable and it can be bought in many areas. Also easy to store.

It's also tremendous to use as a belt, you don't even have to take it off at the airport through the security since it's plastic

Jump Rope is a decent exercise for mild aerobic conditioning, and motor co-ordination....."To a certain extent, it works on motor skills"....

For high intensity exercise, i think there are better exercises...

              But for something mild..

              Fine..

              Go ahead....
