    So anyone ever notice that hand speed can change a lot for them from one day to the next? I've noticed that some days I feel super crisp and speedy and other days I'll have at best seventy percent of that going on.
    I think it may be diet related as on cheat days I feel much slower. It may also be a training issue since I'm not super on it maybe I'm losing the coordination required to maintain speed all the time. '
    Just wondering.

    Never had this problem, so I can't help you. Speed comes naturally to me, just be more loose. If it helps any, stretch before working out to let the blood flow freely and smoothly. Speed comes from having your muscles relaxed and smooth. Stretching help you to attain that relaxed state for your muscles.
