    Overhand right, swung over from the shoulder

    Ive been throwing overhand right hooks by throwing a regular right hook as I slip.

    But ive seen pro guys get the up over and down angle mostly by swinging the arm down from the shoulder. How do u do it this way and is it more powerful this way

    Fck that punch.

    Honestly I don't ever use it really unless countering hookers.

    Lean over more if you want that angle. If you're taller, that angle should be already there. Doesn't work on the bag or mitts. Gotta spar to fine tune that sht.
