Whats Gloves should I get for a Punching Bag? Part 2 etc

Yo whats up so I been doing my research and Interloper and Lebanon suggested I should get the smallest gloves for hitting the Heavy Bag here is Interloper's thoughts on my first thread:

Interloper:I'm going to go against the posts above and say that you actually want the smallest gloves possible for a heavy bag. I'm talking about leather gardening gloves - that small. You want to use the bag to develop power, and you do that by strengthening every single connecting muscle fiber in your arms, wrists, etc.

It will also teach you to use correct technique, because if you hit a proper heavy bag (proper as in a bag that is over 100lbs.) with bad technique with small gloves, your wrists will be broken. You will learn to lock your bones in the correct line, when to tense up at the very last split second before making impact. How to quickly move the bag with snap rather than push it, etc.

Small gloves, not the ones with the most padding / protection. As close to a bare fist as you can get.

But then arraamis stated: Co-sign on the two posts .... unpadded gloves on a heavy bag or even a Muy thai bag is asking for wrist trouble and a visit to the Doctor.

They just do not have enough wrist support, even when wearing wraps.

The pair posted by Lebanon are good for speed bag IF you're not comfortable with working the SB with just wrapped hands.

So right now im in a pickle haha I bought these don't know if it was a good buy or just return please let me know because I'm going to buy my first heavy bag soon.

        Couple of points:

To develop power, you need to hit the bag with full power. Sooner or later you will damage your hands without adequate protection.

It doesn't matter what gloves you wear or how good the wrist protection is, if you don't land properly you will injure you wrists.

I've never trained with the EVERLAST gloves in NEOPRENE you bought so i don't know if those are good or not but in my experience i tell you that i used and still i'm training with ADIDAS gloves in NEOPRENE but i use those as under gloves,i put them under LEONE ENERGIE HEAVY BAG.
When i train with gloves in NEOPRENE,i put 350 cm. wraps under those adidas's gloves also if the adidas in neporene have 250 cm. wraps attached;in this way your hands and wrists are well protected.
When i started boxe,i used the same gloves of 10oz for everything also for heavy bag. ciao

I personally find the Ringside IMF tech bag gloves good.

                I use 16oz gloves.

I usually use 10 oz. With lighter gloves my hand hurts after a while. I have also used 14 oz bust most often 10 oz.
