Its good for you. You will come back better the next day. Just think back about what went wrong and what you could have done different.
Think about it like this, on the days your in there on your game you leave your sparring partners feeling this way.
Its easy to get lackadaisical when sparring and let someone get in a groove. Next thing you know your out of your groove and everything you do gets stopped because they are in the zone. Next time you come in focused and shut them down from the get go.
If you have good sparring partners your gonna have many "off" days.

I feel you bro maybe you had a bad day or somethin. There was times I messed up as well, but that's boxing for you and that's how you learn.

Sparring 3 times a week seems a bit excessive if you're not a pro, how many rounds do your normally put in each session?

Pretty normal. I spar 2-4 days a week, and like others said, sometimes it's sleep/stress/diet, sometimes you have no idea. Virus creeping up, something you don't even really feel- or your sparring partner is having one of the best days of his life... just get back at it.
