    is day to day rotation better or is 3 days off , 3 days on ?

    unless you plan on training like a chump there is no need to cut off carbs (energy) same with fats try cutting them and you your d1ck won't get hard ... there's healthy food out there wheat pasta's and coconut oils/avacaados
