Plenty of water, fruits, vegetables, beef chicken, fish (proteins) and avoid processed foods. It's pretty simple. Don't over think things. Just eat healthy and train hard

Right now I don't have access to a boxing gym, but I am running an hour on the treadmill at 8.0 speeds which I believe is 8mph...im wondering if its actually 8 miles?

I need to drop to 140 to box

Sounds like you should get to a boxing gym and learn the fundamentals of boxing.

Its not like you need to make weight to go into your first pro fight as soon as you join a gym.

I've learned the fundamentals of boxing already of course I need to keep on working on them but as of yet I don't have access to a gym.

                  eat fruit and veggies,
get your carbs from oats, chickpeas, buttnersquash, sweet potato,
get your protein from eggs and non-processed meat
                  healthy fats- nuts, avocado, eggs

                  eat carbs earlier in day
