    You're punching a bit low..,your head and chin are too high... you freeze when you're throwing combos.. .. seems like you're twisting and generating power proper.. you're fast aswell

        It may have been the camera angle but it looked like you may have been leaning forward a bit too much. You look like a long fighter and I think you should stand taller in your stance.

        Also stand up more while your throwing. It looks like you may be on your front foot too much while throwing. Your torque will come from your back foot. If you stand up while your punching and you will really have some snap on those punches.

        You keep putting in work and your gonna be fast with some nice snappy combos.

          Your legs are too tight and seems like you can't move side to side easily.
          Don't let the heavybag coming too close to your face.You supposed to punch it before come too close or move aside.Use more straight punches, you have long arms,so use them correct.

              The heavy bag is primarily for building power on your punches. You can use it for speed and angles but the "majority" of your time is for meaningful punches so;

              Your not pronating your right or left hooks
              this is not easy to to add to your techniques but it is the correct way to add power. When your right hand lands your wrist should be facing the floor (pronate to turn over) Your target is beyond the bag (punch threw) if your landing all your rights at the end of your arm's length your wasting your time!
              To land at length when the bag is up and away while your working 180d or 360d is ok but to develop power you must except that your target is beyond your contact point!
              Another power additive would be to keep your shoulders square (no dipping on either side) when your right hand comes out and goes "threw" your contact area your right shoulder should turn (twist at the waist) (that's why you twists in your exercise program) Your left hook should follow with your lead foot (left) twisting with your shoulder coming and your hips turning!!
              When you start to add this Method to your heavy bag you MUST do this painfully slow until your mind is clear on what the technique is and "why your doing it"! POWER!
              I worked with Earnie Shavers, Mike Tyson, Kenny Schmidt, Whimpy Halstead and many other good punchers and I added power to all their shots by instilling correct techniques!
              Remember off the bag all of these punches come with "finishing moves"! If you finish with your hook then you roll back under to clear yourself of the counter! When working your offense take time to think of the correct counters that may come your way! That's why I always insist on adding speed later because it gets in the way of learning technique for most kids and men.
              Try my techniques, I was taught by some outstanding trainers who all took their time to teach. Once the lessons become second nature then you add the speed and the power increases again! Good luck "pronate" hands, add hips and shoulders! Shorten up your right hand! It won't feel as good as as a distance "pop" but its all about Impact not sound!
              best to you Ray Corso

                You're on your way, young pup. 3 more months and you're ready to take on that overrated guy rated as P4P#1.

                  Amen, I would also like to add that the young pup should not telegraph his straight right. On the video it looks like he ****s it back and fires; otherwise it looks good, it's straight and it looks like its got some snap to it. Keep working!
