  • Addressing Left side Right side body imbalances in boxing?

What is the best approach to address left side right side body imbalances where say if you are right handed you have vastly superior punching power and coordination in your right side and want to bring your left side up to speed?
I am really interested in what trainers have to say about the subject but anybody is welcome to put in their input. It must be very common.

Not a trainer but I think I kind of know what you mean....but then again everybody has a hand that is stronger than the other.

My left arm is skinnier than my right but I still pack a punch with both hands its just natural I guess but this is something that you train for, think of it this way you know you problem now you must train to address it....
