If you're not a professional fighter at the world stage, it's impractical and not worth it.

Depends on what your expectations are. For me personally, I didn't notice any improvements from using it, probably because my stamina was already good to begin with. My friend who convinced me to buy one swears by it though so it's probably a matter of preference. You should try it out just to see how your body responds.

If you are training with it for a purpose, who the fack cares who you look in it.

I have one. It is not going to get you more red blood cells at sea level obviously. That happens at high altitude when your bone marrow starts creating more red cells due to the lack of oxygen.

What it will do at sea level though is strengthen the hell out of your diaphragm. Which is the main reason people start feeling fatigue at first (other than just being out of shape).

The diaphragm is a muscle that needs work too, the stronger it is the better.

Doesn't matter. Don't buy it. Even if it did work your blood and body would go back to the levels you're at within the hour.
