I think OP is talking more about stick and move boxers.

    Younger Floyd maybe.

Floyd doesn't use his feet to much. He can stand in the pocket and do his matrix ****.

Master boxer yes, more natural on the outside yes. But he is more of a stay in the pocket to counter type fighter rather than a "pick them off on the outside" type fighter.

Don't mean to e critical of your statement, just bringing it up for discussions shake.

      Lennox Lewis.

Watch is fight against Tyson. Lewis controlled distance very well, had a great measuring and stiff jab and he dropped right hands down on shorter opponents in a very disrespectful manner.

While I don't agree with everything Beavis says, at least he makes an argument and backs it up with some form of logic.

          Thank you my friend.

A lot of people have a hard time respectfully disagreeing with someone. They take it personal and etc.

I enjoy the disagreements and see it as a chance to learn something new.

I've put my foot in my mouth many times and been more than happy about it simply because I was able to see things in a new light.

While having too much extra time on my hands today I read this response to my post again. I just have to correct myself and re-word what I was trying to say.

I don't think Khan is a better boxer than Ali. The point I was trying to get across is Khan is a more technical boxer than Ali.

No one better on the move jabbing to set up his combos than Willie Pep!
He was a master boxer and strategist and probably the most artistic boxer ever. A really true boxer through and through!
Tony Canzoneri was another tremendous mover and highly skilled boxer. Ali studied Tony closely after Dundee showed him films of Tony. Angelo was in Tony's corner for most of his fights and trained him too. Tony fought over a 170 times and was stopped ONCE! So once he got moving you didn't stop him!
