Go down in weight if your are 5'2" and 150. 126-135 lb is good class for you.
Better off being an in-fighter and brawler. Learn to bob and weave and slip punches to get close. Don't rely on the jab to close the distance but use upper body movement.
Jab wont be a good weapon for you but doesn't mean you shouldn't learn how to use a jab or develop one. Work on it.

I'm 183 cm and fighting someone shorter than me is way easier than someone my height or taller.. and I'm not really afraid of them getting on the inside, I dunno where that idea even comes from, I think being taller is an advantage in every situation.
Slip, roll and step inside to unload the punches. You can even do this if tyou are fleet footed. Whenever I fight someone with a long reach, I get in close enough so I am too near for the trajectory of their long punches. After I hit them i move off and do it again. They won't get you often, and even when they do you will be too close to them for comfort. Watch B-Hop V Pavlik.
