best and safest way to bulk up/add muscle mass?

      Been trying different supps and have mostly been using ON products might give Mutant Mass a try.

        i just placed an order for a 15lbs bag, hopefully this is not over kill lol. maybe i should had went with the 5lbs bag first to try it out. oh well, time to get ripped! haha. lets see if this product works or not, will update in a few months.

          The serving sizes on these gainers are like 175g or so, they go quick like a 15lb bag lasts me a month.

            Diet and gym workout both are best and safest methods for bulking and gaining muscle mass. In diet protein is good and for doing gym workout it is good to have personal trainer for getting proper training.
