    Does anyone here have any idea the concept of this drill done by Lomachenko ... says its a balance drill but I really dont understand the idea or how its done properly

    he is throwing combos, changing elevation, defending all without losing his balance, notice how his base (feet) do not move at all, and are spread a part very wide to increase stability. He is training himself to keep this solid base at all times, when ever he performs an action, and ensure he will have solid stability.

      It is a drill used in Russian or ex-USSR gyms. You place your leading foot so that you touch your opponent leading foot. The goal is to touch shoulders and knee with quick tap like motion of your hands, no force, and do not let your opponent touch your shoulder by slips and knee by counters. This drill is to feel your attacking range better
