I was advised by a doctor to do this to prevent imbalances so I have been doing maybe 1 out of 4 rounds as a lefty on the bag and I have to say I like it. I used to be against it to avoid confusion but Im not competing anymore so that doesnt matter to me but now I dont think it happens anyway. What do you fellas think about it?
