Cutting body fat. Hows my diet?

Beasted my first session back on monday. Second is tonight. Knee is holding up nicely and the diet seems to be going well.
3rd morning weight check and I'm already down just under half a kilo (1lb).
Feeling great and motivated. I'll keep you guys posted.

Good diet plan and very interesting. For cutting body fat it is good to avoid fast food and good to eat simple food like vegetables and fruits. Water is also helpful for burning fat and calories so drinking too much water is very helpful. For doing exercise join gym or any boot camp today.Last edited by MichaelAnsara; 03-29-2014, 02:07 AM.
