seems like too many apples . Apples have a lot of sugar , simple carbs . Ur carbs sould be complex carbs , sweet potato , oatmeal , a banana as a snack. Complex carbs burn slow which is what u want . I feel like u need some type of fat too , even just a little , an egg or a little olive oil with ur chicken . Pretty sure Ur muscles need some fat to maintain , also for energy to train harder to cut. I'm Not sure how much time you have 35lbs is a lot .
The water , chicken and vegetables are right on thou ! Good luck ..

Started at 168lbs and I am now 140 lbs. You're diet is all wrong...You GOT TO EAT AT LEAST 1800 calories otherwise your body will go crazy and store every calorie you eat and you won't be able to lose weight even when eating so few. Your body needs calories to work. I was eating 1300 calories and was stuck at 152 lbs....started eating 1900-2300 and I reached my goal of 140.. Now I eat more cuz I went down to 138. Eat 1800-2000 calories of GOOD foods and TRAIN HARD

          Good luck

for an amateur fight? Cause that a whole lot of weight to cut for just an amateur fight where you really are fighting for nothing.

Figure out what your TDEE is, eat 500 calories less and incorporate some HIIT (if you don't already).
