Currently I am doing muay thai and I wear:
Groin guard
Mouth Piece
12/14oz Gloves
SHin pads

When I used to box I wore
groin guard occasionally
mouth piece
16oz gloves
either running shoes or my boxing boots but mainly running shoes since I didn't want the soles of my oxing boots to wear out
shorts as well
