Ok so I'm a 20 year old amatuer boxer from the uk and I've been boxing for about 2 years(had 1 fight) and fight at 69 kg or 71+ although I've lost a lot weight since I started ( I weighed 98kg) I've never been in a boxers shape
I think this is down to my diet and not doing enough pressups situps at home and have a poor diet(come from a pakistani background so most of the food has a lot of oil) I would appreciate it if some could help me with how many situps pressups etc I should do at home and what kind of diet I should be on take into consideration I'm ****** and living at home
