    Incline sprints.

Nothing comes close, other then elevated prolonged running.

yea the best is running up inclines (hills) or lots of steps, the best is long uphill runs rather then short sprints, short sprits tend to increase explosiveness in the legs as well as stamina.

Try sparring 12 rounds and see if you can set a good pace that you can keep up.

I just play full-court basketball, it also burns up fat nicely all around your body.

run, a steady pace, the best way to owrk on cardio is to maintain a certain heart pace/pulse. kind of like suicides, they help alot

Minute drills are very effective at building stamina, muscle endurance, strenght, etc.

                  Do this:
                  - 8x these... "interval rounds"
                  - Interval round: 20 seconds sprinting, 10 seconds jogging (repeat until 3 minutes is up).

^^This is the hardest you're training will get. If you can do this, then you are really fit. When I say sprint I mean just a little bit slower than what you could do at full speed (90% of your speed). If you're serious about stamina, this will help you and you wont need anything else.

sparring will improve your stamina , cos 2nyt at boxing i was in the ring with my coach doing 3 mins rounds and he winded me in the first min and just kept going , i had to cover up , hit him and try and get breath , this was really hard , i was soaked with sweat after it , he is sooo fit for a 40 year old he was knocking **** out of me , but after it he told me i got him with a few good ones , i was glad tht he didnt stop when i was winded ,well i wasnt at the tym , but after it i was , cos these things happen , if this happens in a fight you just have to get on with it lol
