Ofcourse.............try the one when he leans outside the right hand thrown. Thats my favorite, nothing like extending your upper body by leaning outside your foot placement, great balance there!
If you want to learn how to box search out a trainer and go to school with him. Some kid on the net showing a bunch of BS will get you hurt!

...and ofcourse you start out with your lead shoulder forward do you think everyones taught to "square up"?
I understand that some of this internet crap sounds new and inventive but boxing moves from the 20s are still hard to learn and master and theres NOTHING new in techniques! It takes an easy 10 years of being a student and active fighter to get a real handle on the methods and techniques your going to use to be successfull with. Some goober on the net giving "body movement lessons" will get you azz handed to you! Trust me! Ray

I have to agree with Ray and Rockin on this one. I stumbled upon one of his videos where he was talking about how to slip the right hand and he actually said to pull back off of it.

I was shocked that there are people on the net who don't know much about boxing giving that type of misinformation and the thousands if not millions of people that listen to that.

Like the other two said, find a gym and a good trainer. Learn the art of boxing from someone who can teach you the technical aspects of boxing, and then get inside the ring and learn by DOING IT.

No video, internet trainer, or boxing expert on some forum can teach you that. I try not to give advice for that very reason. First off I don't want to disrespect any boxing coaches out there, and second I can't argue with fans and internet tough guys who think they know what they are doing. Let them stay in ignorance, it makes my job easier.
