Telegraphic cross = much more powerful?

I find the earlier you get the elbow up, the more of the bodies torque gets transfered into the cross.

Do you find the same?

you show me that elbow with the shot and you're giving my eyes/mind the cue that the right hand is coming and I'm getting out of the way or rolling it by pure instinctual reaction, it just happens automaticaly.

instead of tele'graphic' the shot should be telescopic. As in it comes out straight and returns the same way. You won't see much, if any, of my elbow when I throw the right.

Power wise your shot would be absorbed from fist to elbow/shoulder. With my shot the power is absorbed through the entire body from fist to foot.......... Rockin'

Why are you showing the elbow on a cross?

Only punch you should really be sticking your elbow out for is a hook.
