  • Boxers with overpronation?

Anyone know of any boxers with overpronation? Or are you a boxer with overpronation?

Do you know what they or yourself does to overcome that and still manage to train as a boxer without suffering from the many injuries that it can cause?

Surely there's a big chance out of all these boxers there must be some with feet that overpronate.

I have slight underpronation and I don't have problems boxing training. Only when running, I get tight outer shins that can get pretty painful. You might get sore lower legs when you start jumping rope since you have overpronation, but that should go away after putting in enough rounds on a regular basis.

I'm sure there must be some pro's with overpronation out there. Half of em probably don't know they even have it.
