If anyone is interested in boxing training and keep fit you may want to try Carl 'The Cat' Thompson Round 1 Boxing Club.
Its based just outside Manchester, UK in Bolton.
Classes consist of
Pad work
Bag work
Sparring (for more experienced members)
Circuits which consist of, weights, plyometrics, old school like rope and tire exercises.
Good banter and music.
£4 per class or 3 classes for £10.
Its not often you get to train with an former WORLD CHAMP.
