    I struggle like a mofo to cut bread and carbs out although it definitely works.

    I find a good compromise it to eat wholegrain or if you can, get a low GI bread. Also, try not to eat carbs after 5/6pm.

      Whenever I'm on par with the weight and I'm training hard, yes I eat bread/carbs...Whenever I am a little heavy, I'll lay off the carbs for a while
