One of the best foods you can eat. Why would anyone avoid bread?

some guys dont take too well to the gluten

also in the end it does really ruin your body as it clogs you up and keeps you from absorbing all of the nutrients

if you aren't known for being a fartsy bastard with your ****s like hellstorms i think your good

being off gluten tho is almost like bradley's vegan diet but with meat, it'll rinse you right up, you wont get any gas, your shts are quick and clean and less food will give you more energy

heavily processed carbohydrates are starting to get a really bad reputation among nutritionists.

you want the whole grain, not just the endo***** / starch, which is what's used for processed / refined starches.

i don't eat nearly as much bread and grain product as i used to. when i younger and much more active i used to eat a ton of pasta. italian sh#T. you probably wouldn't understand.

i get most of my carbs from fruit. tasty.

if you're trying to make weight probably won't be able to eat a ton of white bread and pasta, if that's what you're asking.

I personally eat 4-6 slice of bread each day.
But don't eat white bread, look for a 100% whole wheat one.
Good carbs will take longer to digest, so you'll be less hungry!

I cut out all starch, bread, rice and pasta, about 4 years ago. Lost a lot of soft weight within a few months (when combined with training) and have kept it off easily. Have more energy now, as carbs come from fruit/veg not processed ****. Eat plenty of eggs and lean meat to make up for the calorie deficit. I'd recommend trying it to anyone.

I might eat a couple of slices of Ezekiel bread in the mornings from time to time but that's it.

I tend to just taper off when I have brown bread, eat it lunchtime if I want some and none after 5. Just depends what your going for, if your training hard and eating well it's not a problem to have bread in your diet.
