    Avoid all fried foods, fats, junk & fast foods to cut down the level of the fat and cholesterol in your body.
    Eat more raw fruits and vegetables to effectively control your cholesterol level... Green tea, coffee, fish oil, fruits juices, and vegetables soups are more rich foods to control the cholesterol level.
