Anyone wear Lonsdale gear?- need help with sizing

What's up guys,

I'm looking to order some training gear (tracksuit and sweaters) off of the the Lonsdale website http://store.lonsdale.com/ and I wanted know what you would recommend in terms of sizing. I'm up in Canada and I have never purchased or tried on their clothing but I am 5 7" and 150lbs. I usually wear a medium in US sizing. I would like the clothes to fit the way the boxers are wearing them on the website (not baggy). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

their stuff runs big, especially the tops. if you wear a medium, i suggest medium bottoms and small or extra small top, especially if you like a tighter, more old-school look. some stuff from them is great, then some stuff comes with horrible stitching and falls apart. can't really tell what will be good or not from the site. skip their boxing gear though, just not good enough.
