How do I get a washboard stomach?

Please, any tips from fighters. I have little gym equipment, so I'm looking for some really useful exercises

It's primarily due to low body fat.

All I do are situps (hundreds at a time) and medicine ball drops.

I do pull-ups/chin-ups and bring my knees above the bar. Running sprints also helpts a lot. Diet also counts.

But...I'm 6'1 and have always been in the 160s with low body fat. I also have an inherited back disorder which probably increases my abdominal tone. So genetics are very important for abs, at least in my case.

Cutting bodyfat probably does more for abs cosmetically than most exercises.

There's a body weight program called 'convict conditioning' that has a section on getting a solid six pack, among other great exercises.

Do the exercises mentioned in the previous posts, but remember your appearance is not what matters in a fight. The requisites for good fighting conditioning are not the same as those for looking ripped.

Take a look at Kovalev vs White for an example (or dare I mention Fedor Emilianenko from the world of MMa)
