Depends what you want to do. I first walked into a boxing gym when I was 24, never did me any harm. If something is just a hobby, you can start at any age within reason. Did you expect to make a career out of it?

Just take TRT when you hit 37 it will extend your prime by about a decade, so you may as well be 14 years old now

To old to be competitive in the amatuers or pros! Far to much to learn even on a very basic level. If you enjoy getting beat up by 17yr old kids then venture on by all means.
As far as getting and staying in shape a basic boxers work regeime is an excellant formate. Cardio plus strength with agility is always a great combo for good conditioning.
If you capable of spar work and the gym can use your help with other novice members by all means get to that point if you can. Ray

Nate Campbell started when he was 24/25. Pretty sure Ola Afolabi didn't start until his 20s.

Ray knows about 4,000 times as much about boxing than you do, kid.
