kettle bells: are they beneficial to boxing?

Ive never used em before but ive always been curious bout em.

How beneficial can they be to someone who boxes? Do they got any benefits over dumbbells and barbells? And what are some good exercises you can do with em?

I did this crazy kettle bell work out with this maniac MMA fighter in the gym the other day and the next 3 days it hurt to wipe my ass I was so sore....

      Couldn't move my arms.

        Kettlebell clean and jerk

Cleans should be a part of every sports work out

I heard rumors that guys turning to boxing from kettle belling have a punching power bonus.

              Lmaooo damn thats crazy.

As a trainer, would you recommend boxers using kettle bells? And if so, what exercises would you have them do?
