    New to Boxing

    Hi Guys,

I am new to this site and also new to boxing, only been in training for 3 months now.
I am just wondering if any of you could give me any tips on my diet below, as all the help I can get is much appreciated?

7:30 - cup of porridge with 300ml of milk, with honey on top

10:30 - 4 egg whites with one yoke and 1 slice of whole meal bread with peanut butter on

11:00 - hand of mixed nuts

    12:30 - chicken breast

14:30 - pasta with tin of tuna with a table spoon of salad cream

18:00 - Protein Shake with water

    19:00 - meat with salad

20:00 - fruit sliced up with with natural yoghurt

    21:00- Protein Shake with milk

note eat 5 fruit a day and drink 2 litres of water

thanks for reading and your help is appreciated.

    cheers

Diet is fine, though do not put too much stress on it. Skill wins fights, not diet.

        I dropped recently from 82 to 75
The suggestion I used from Sergei "The Krusher" Kovalev: try to eat twice per day (as much as you want though) and do not eat after 6-7 PM.

If you work out 1-1.5 in the gym, you should drop 5-6 kg is couple months
