    How to be More Fluid?

I shadowbox and hit the bag like I'm fighting a real opponent, but often times my coach tells me I'm too stiff. He never says this when I'm practicing jabs, 1-2s, or 1-2-3s. I'm guessing my slips/rolls/counters look a little too forced. Anyone have any tips or videos I can watch that can help me be more fluid with these specific movements?

Take a few shots of your favorite alcohol...

If you don't want to do that...learn how to dance...

If you don't want to do that...just be stiff.

Do whatever looks stiff 10,000 more times and it won't be.

Stay on your toes more, widen the stance a little bit more, and don't forget to bend the knees. No ****.

You probably need to relax more.

Ring time shadowing and light sparring focused on speed for a month! Then evaluate your efforts in a regular spar session! Ray.
