  • Endurance or strengh training for boxing?

    What is better to do when doing fitness, endurance training (high reps 15x, low weigh) or strength training (low reps 6x, high weigh) assuming both is done in explosive movement?

    You need both in boxing, endurance+strength. If you HAD to choose one over the other, endurance is the key that will get you through rounds.
