            my quads have gotten noticeably bigger from this. Will take a pic, unfortunately no before pic though

              Ya HIIT is very effective. It isnt just your typical long distance, steady pace cardio work. It works you both in a more relaxed state and full out, similar to how fighting can be.

              Just be careful not to overdue it. Iv done that sometimes where I was sore for days, at the expense of other training.
