    Proteins grains are all smoking and decorative mirrors, if you look at that brand it informs you they use soy, they don't tell you what % of it they use though, my think is it's great which is why it's inexpensive....

      Totally agree. For two years I took powders and went to the gym 4 days a week then my son came along and my regime went out the window for 18 months. In that time the only difference I have noticed is decreased muscle tone and the addition of a few kilos (which I put down to not going to the gym). I now have my heavy bag and free weights in the gym and have recently got back to an excercise regime and healthier diet and have noticed I am getting my old physique back WITHOUT the protein powders. Plus, I am vegetarian, which is why I really believed I needed these powders. Try a month without powders and see if you notice any difference.
