my stamina is extremely bad

    If you want to improve your stamina, then you need to take a balanced diet containing fruits, vegetables and you need to keep your body hydrated for which you should drink a lot of water.

      I cant run or even JOG for 500 meters. Im not overweight at all, have some muscles too... But it has been this since I was 12. My pulse was 137 in a minute by first check on the doctor, second time astonishing 149. They said that if I was nervous, it might have put it up a bit, but not too much...

      Later they have taken x-rays, blood tests but nothing shows up.

      I go to training 2-3 times a week, I jog outside couple times a week and I go with bicycle to everywhere since I dont have a car.

      Yet it never improves.

      God damn its frustrating, since I want to train, I want to fight, but after couple minutes of training, im already so tired.. After 45 minutes sometimes I barely can stand.

      Visit a doctor, if they might find if there is a reason for it and possibly cure, it would be great. Or then just try to improve your diet and do some good cardio exercises, that helps out for most

          What also works is increase a round of sparring every month until you reach 15 rounds
          Like now if you do only 3 rounds of sparring a day then on December 4 do 4 rounds of sparring.

              Conditioning hard work and a lot of practice i recently did a light spar in my local with a guy who completed the iron man lanzarote half way threw the 2nd round he was done completely shattered.Me personally i dont feel fit enough to complete an iron man but my bodys conditioned to box for a few rounds,boxings different you can be fit but it wont mean alot if your not conditioned to what has to be done.
