Apparantly, in Joe Frazier's book "box like the pros" he gives a detailed account of his roadwork routine. Does anyone have it? Thanks.

To start, he says to go out for 15 minutes, to jog, then walk, whatever you are able. Do it 5 or 6 days a week and build yourself up. When you can jog for 15 minutes bump the time up to 20 or 25, jog the 15, then wlak/jog the rest. Great quote; Great fighters don't have to be great runners.
Don't worry about running fast, you're in it for the long haul. Build to where you run 3 or 3 and 1/2 miles without stopping, in 30 -35 minutes. he suggests running in work boots.
That's it, beyong him mentioning how much he loved to run hills. The bottom of page 38 and all of page 39 of the book.
